Really well explained - I'm in my third year of a four year engineering degree and really want to get into the habit of using GTDCS. I think a lot of people threaten to 'organise their lives' but I think they will slip back into bad habits until they completely revamp their way of staying organised.

This is the nice website I found about marathon running. I have a little idea about training for marathon. I been in a marathon for two years from now. first I join the 42 km race but was not able to reach the finish line and last year I join the 23km run and I received a finisher medal. Hope you can share me a lots of idea about how to increase the speed of running.

I like the visuals - I'm in a state of friction right now and I do feel like I'm stuck in a box that's too small for who I really am. I also appreciate the article - any further suggestions on how to harness the friction and use it to get to the next state faster? I keep procrastinating, and part of why is that the friction keeps my head spinning and I don't know where to start. How might I focus that friction?

A critical ingredient to a fulfulling life seems to be to develop the ability to self-question. Its a way to add value to our perception and can also set off a chain reaction of meaningful learning.
